To help us get things fixed quickly, we ask you to have the following information ready:
- The student’s name
- The student’s school
- The device serial number (please see more information here on how to find this)
- A brief description of the problem (e.g. the device is frozen, it won’t switch on, the screen is smashed, etc.)
- An image of the issue if there is physical damage
