Click on the “Skills Hub” button on the top left of the page, right beside the “Home” button. This will bring you to the skills page for you to access any of the courses on Life Skills 365. Here you will see familiar sections like the home page for easy navigation. You can click on any of the courses here, or you can view all the courses to scroll through the full list.
Once in the Skills Hub, clicking on “All Learning” on the orange ribbon will show a dropdown menu to choose any of the course categories, again to quickly and easily access any course area of interest.
Click on “All Courses” to view the full list of courses and you can also use this to scroll to find a course of interest. Each course will show the name of the course, the time expected to complete it, and by clicking on the course you will be brought to the course and its description.
Having clicked on “All Courses”, you will be given filtering options on the top of the page
above the list of courses to filter down the courses based on the length or course category.
You will also find a search bar on the right of the screen near the top of the page. You can use this to put in keywords to easily search for courses.
Slightly to the right of the “All Learning” dropdown, you will see “Learning History” and by clicking this, you will be brought to the list of courses that you have either completed or started. If you would like to finish the course or view the completed course, you can click on “View” to the right of each line. This section will also show you the details of each of those courses such as the time spent on each and even the result you achieved.
To access your course certificate, once you have completed the course, and submitted your reflection, click on “View” as described above and this will bring you to the course page where you can download the certificate directly. By downloading the certificate, it will usually be in your downloads folder on your laptop.
The following image is what you will see when you click on one of the courses or the view button as above, and shows a detailed view of the course including name, description, your progress, score you achieved if completed, time spent on the course, a link to your certificate once completed, and your reflection which must be filled in when you complete the course content before issuing your certificate.
Click on the link as shown to download your certificate.
